I don't think that BB Wii U bundle is listed correctly in the OP. The listing on the Best Buy website pictures it as the Deluxe console with New Super Mario Bros, Super Luigi, the two Wiimotes AND NintendoLand. The listing itself only says it comes with the Mario Wiimote and NintendoLand but...

I actually just bought the game on Christmas because I had an Amazon gift card. It showed up yesterday and did indeed still include the soundtrack and art book despite them not being listed on the Amazon page.

I got a golden ticket.

With both Alan Wake and UFC 2010 the price at time of shipment was 59.99. On both instances I received the game on Tuesday and they refunded me $10 when they changed the price to $49.99 on Wednesday; and that was without any prompting on my part. I guess its just hit or miss across the board.
