Nevermind. I decided to activate it on my phone and I selected the plan with Discord Nitro and 6 months of spotify but after purchasing nothing popped up about getting extra time with auto billing or even anything about getting EA, Nitro, or Spotify. I did get the 4500 points in rewards though.
