Just traded in some games and the employee said it applies to all games. Traded in Balan and Immortals and got $33 store credit.

I waited exactly 24 hours from my initial purchase on Monday and nothing. I happened to look a few minutes ago and my second coupon was there. Used it on WarioWare.

I got the coupon as well. I price matched Super Mario Odyssey with Best Buy for $39.99 and with the coupon and my Red Card, it came out to $26.59. Also price matched Captain Toad at Target.com for $32.99 and got it for $21.94. Decided to throw in KH Melody of Memories and got it for $13.29.

Saw Black Future ‘88 for $12.99 and Ghost Parade for $16.99, both for Switch.

I’ve never chatted with a rep to price match. Did you already have the 15% off added to the order and they processed the transaction?
