Dell customer service is still hella better than no customer service... But, of course dell customer service is pretty much useless if your not a complete newbie...then again, so is pretty much any customer service from big pc manufacturers...

i actually just ordered a new pc...i found an emachines T3256 @ tigerdirect.ca. i was going to build my own, but this was just way cheaper so i decided to go for it. Its an athlon XP 3200+ with 512mb DDR, a 160gig hd, and a dvd burner. After shipping and GST i paid 764.45CAD plus a 100CAD...
