i'm in the same boat as you aznguyen, I 've had condemned 2 processing since Feb 17th ( first day it was posted I believe). I sent a support ticket, hopefully they respond as someone else here said they had their order from March 3rd shipped already... anyways, I did get Great Fun credit...- esalas55
