i was able to get amazon to honor the deal last night after i attempted to put it in my cart and it said the deal was in my cart and i had 15 minutes to check out but the game wasnt appearing. So during that time i chatted with them.

they price matched both at the same time.. but then they sold out. Once they sold out they bumped up to $37 because it was being sold by Buy.com.. If you look at the 360 version " sold from amazon.com" PS3 version " Sold from Buy.com"

Deff caused a error. as the new card expiration date and security code change. Once activated old card is no longer usable.
