Had one in my cart and wouldn't let me buy told me I had to wait till the 18th

I have a target,gamestop and 2 Wal-Mart with in 30 mins that I go to kinda weekly and have yet to see one and they never know when. They r getting one in and my son wants one for x-mass this year

Well what r looking for. Only 1 store in my town has ever had them and that was the day they came out and nothing since so I am trying hard to find one
