If a game has a collector's edition, and is more than $59.99 it does require $25 down.
There are some exceptions to this though, but the vast majority will require you to put $25 down on it if you want to reserve it.
It ends on 6/12
However, right now you can get $44.80 for LA Noire, so I would do it before they decide to change the base trade credit since the extra 50% is going on.
Gamestop's next Steal of the Week on the PUR site will be a B2G1 coupon for 12,500 points.
Pretty good deal since the only other way to get one of these coupons is to sign up for or renew your current PUR card.
That's just BS they are giving you. To me it sounds like they were keeping it off the shelves for themselves. I'm a store manager at GS and this is definitely not a policy that corporate has issued. I would talk to the manager directly because they are most certainly not allowed to do that.
Yes they do. We have them for $49.99 because that's what they actually are. That guy is just an idiot. They will ring up as $49.99 in the computer so it doesn't matter what that guy tells you.
More than likely they will. From my experience GS sells through reserved copies and then are short copies for the people that actually reserve the game. I made it very clear to my employees that we don't do that at my store. I see why people hate GS so much, but at my store I'm working on...

Also they said they stopped for the fact that they have a sale coming up this weekend and made us stop taking pre-orders so we have copies for walk in customers.
They mostly come in one size, which is Large. Occasionally we get XXL and some Mediums as well. When we get varying sizes it's usually shirts for employees only. Pre-Order shirts are 90% of the time Large. However, the shirts that Gamestop gets run kinda small, especially in the chest.
The coupon is going to be 30% more trade credit for any Wii games traded in (Limit of 5). Not sure on the code for it, but it was on our computers at work.
I wouldn't see why they wouldn't let you go ahead and hook up the new system to transfer the data.
I'm a manager at GS and anyone that wants to trade up will be able to go ahead and transfer everything from their old hard drive to the new slim HDD.
Be aware though that Gamestops are getting...
There's been a lot of heat over this GS employee taking a pic of the poster. Evidently since it has not been announced by Nintendo GS was not supposed to display it until May 4th after Nintendo announces it. GS higher ups sent out a mass email that said disregard the rumors of a black Wii and it...
