This happened to me, I received an email with a $15 code, and redeemed it. When I signed in on my PS3, I was sent a message with different $15 code, and redeemed it as well for a total of $30. Sweet!

Just letting you know guys, I just received a $15 credit voucher from Sony. Thing is, I actually didn't purchase anything from the store during the promotion period, I instead bought 3 $50 cards (via the eBay/BestBuy $40 promotion) and added them to my wallet before the deadline.
