this is definitely ongoing. I just walked into my local GameStop (Salisbury, MD), and picked up my copy. it even had the HeroClix inside. they were out of CoH, so I got CoV (more interest to me anyway), but apparantly they're still getting new copies in, and giving them away. was in the system...
