Spoke with CSR, told him my story, about blue ,red, launch, etc, their 'fault' cause they choose the medium in which their product ships. CSR told me he will put in a memo to get a refund on shipping. However they still shipped today and will arrive monday...

same thing, my nintendo.com profile says 11/17 shipped, but I got a notification yesterday that it shipped, what kind of bs is this.

anyone's package who has theirs as shipped but has no infor on ups site, have new info or perhaps received them? kind of bs that they say shipped but its sitting there

Mine shipped last night , but UPS says it cant find the tracking number, shipped RED...=(

My order is in the 880s, and its still preparing with no shipping number and its RED...:(

while I am quite upset/worried about this as well, the rep might wanted to cover her butt and didnt want to guarntee anything , like: "Yes you wil receive it by Friday"...then no cable comes on Friday, and now she has a lot of people complaining about a promise that wasnt kept.

I spoke to a rep, and the rep said RED could not really mean over night and that it may take 2-3 days?? kind of deceiving...Asked her if If it ships today If I will get it tomorrow, and she said there is a slight chance but most likely it will come monday.... :(

Is anyone seeing the "cancel button" on their backordered orders? the FAQ states it should be there, but i dont see it...however it does say, if the button is not there, your order has gone too far and cannot be canceled...any thoughts?

im 884...lol

well that stinks, now i dont know if i want to cancel or not and perhaps just pick up the 3rd party (if avail launch day)...
