I got my 3 games today. I guess I'm lucky because all my games look brand new.

I just happened to check Amazon and came upon this too. I never intended to buy this game, but for $8, why not? I liked Time Crisis so I guess this game is similar to it enough. Can't wait to get it and try it out. The reviews for it looked pretty good

I've always shopped at Kmart and I'm happy to say everything went smoothly. Picked up La Noire and got ratchet and clank for free. They had 2 nice tables with all the marked down games. I will probably go back and get another $20 game free. Thanx kmart!!! Amazon lost out on this one!
