Is it black? I think you have to search your specific bundle/model. From what I saw they seem to mainly be accepting bundles for the OG 500gb PS4. I am not sure if you can just buy one of these bundled games (Uncharted/Last of Us) and send it in with the OG PS4 and say it is a bundle.
