I did as well no matter what I did. I paid with PayPal and it worked.

Changing payment method will knock off the promo discount. I lost my Best Buy Visa, had to get a new one issued, and it did it. I complain to CSRs on their forums, and they usually give me the discount still. Had to do this a few times since I had so many preordered with that promo.

I used that 5% code off on every order I had for a year, since I was never told I couldn't, and CDKeys banned me because of their poor wording on it.  I notice they now say "2 times per customer". Looks like it's only 3% now, too.

I have been charged. I got an email early in the week updating me on the Switch launch and that they'd put the charge through on 2/25 and I should get my Switch on release date.

Crazy nice deal, although nervous about biting due to Neo. When I have Xbox as my main console with no desire to get 3rd party games on PS4 though, it makes me want to jump on it for just the exclusives.

Shows a ton of duplicates on 3DS as well.

Anyone else getting some of their preordered games backordered?  I had Rare Replay and Mad Max on Xbox One put on backorder when I preordered over a month ago.  They just recently changed to this.

I have free expedited shipping as an elite plus member and I got Mortal Kombat X on release day.  I did the same for Borderlands: Handsome Collection and got it on release.  I preordered Witcher 3 online to ship because like you, I don't trust their B&M stores with the steelcase.
