I have tried everything to contact Live Enforcement Team after they banned my 8 years old XBL account for something that I didn't do ... They don't give anyone a chance to discuss a ban ... they are a punch of good for nothing retards ....There's nothing you can do to get your account back ...

I never liked the idea of digital games ... there's some good games that were released only in digital format .. but now I don't care about those games ... retail games only from now on ...

yeah, but the problem is with games like Dark Souls I need my old game save to play online with the items that I collected during more than 120 hours of gameplay ... and I also can't transfer the license for all the contents to another Xbox 360 if the one I have now dies ... banning my Xbox 360...

what makes XBL Ambassadors program a real nightmare is that Live Enforcement Team could permanently ban your account without any warning the way they banned my account ... so it's a big risk and not worth it at all

My understanding to the way the fix works is that there's a missing partition that is needed to install the backward computability update that you download on Xbox 360 to play Xbox games, I didn't say anything about any files that need to copy to that partition.
