Why would anyone pay same value as the credit you get? If anyone wanted the "$30" credit I bet everyone here would just buy that.

It states you have to do the promo by Aug. 30th. However, if you take part in promo and obtain a code you have by Dec. 2013 to redeem it before code is void.

Anyone in need of the latest Black Ops 2 DLC? I really don't need it and taking in all offers. XBLA Code, Avatar Items, other DLC and etc. PM with offers.

What he means with above is... From Club Nintendo Page for promo. "The code must be redeemed within the Nintendo eShop by December 31st, 2013. Once credit is added to your balance at the Nintendo eShop, there is no deadline to use your increased balance."
