    I have had a problem with the people at the best Buys and Toys r' Us allowing me to purchase the guides that are marked .01 and it is getting me mad. they will not take them off the shelves but they will not sell them.     Media Mail is technically for things that d not contain advertisements in them. bound printed media is for things like manuscripts.
