I agree. Cheapy hardly plays games anymore, he'll play and complete 1-2 games per year on Xbox/PlayStation. The rest of the time he'll mess with the resolution on his PC games instead of playing the game.

Games haven't really changed all that much. There are many people who prefer old style games. A lot of people are burned out on AAA shooters and GTA style games. Some Shenmue, even Dreamcast style, will be a breath of fresh air.
How can you guys hate the Shenmue III kickstarter? For $29 you are basically helping to pay for the game and you get a digital copy of the game. Nothing wrong with that for fans of the series.
