If you played fairly, go ahead and fill a form with the case ID sent by them and ask them to review your account. I had old prizes shipped to me after a lot of months and now I got my last 2 more recent missing prizes too. Do it.

In June 2010 I ordered a Sony Camcorder 650 and a grill george foreman. My prices didn't arrive so I complained after the 3 months IN SEPTEMBER, I received a "you cheated" mail, I replied a few times asking them to check because I have not cheated. Never received answers. But guess what...
