I just bought it, yes it does. On the gamersgate website you just go to killing floor under your games list, press "get key" and then put that key into steam and it activates.

Yo, when i follow this, i press the button, i press "OK" and then i get a popup that just stays blank...i dont get it =/

I am also confused as to if this still works or not. There are alot of people saying that they registered and even after it told them that there are no keys left, they still got them, so i guess its worth a shot. Just a waiting game now.
