We got an email in store about this issue today. Apparently you have to insert the blu-ray, turn off the system and click off the power button on the back, then restart the ps3. I'm not 100% sure if those were the exact directions, but it was something along those lines.

I know there are a few Game Stop's nation wide that are hosting events for pre order customers as well. I highly doubt amazon will match it. A lot of the time pre order bonuses Game Stop does are exclusive. Not all the time, but a lot of the time.
