I got selected for the Skull and Bones closed beta... I think. When I confirmed it it said we'll let you know if you get in.
It's this weekend. I'll know more soon, they talked about friend invites so if anyone wants to try this trash let me know. (PC only)
Honestly, considering the backup tools that woukd be around for offline play what would be the point of hardcore.
Sucks that it's happening but thats the risk of playing hardcore on a game that's receiving a bunch of patches and with a 5 page patch coming soon.
That's still gone but I'm not sure how much that really matters. I just played D2 and put only the minimal amount of points in dex and strength, with everything else going to vitality.
Anyhow, Rhykker has lots of good videos on D4. https://youtu.be/tBHg7A13x94
So I'm starting the final act of Diablo IV and I got to say... Its easiest the best story every in ARPG loot game and ranks pretty dann high in general.
My complaints remain the same, the mount should be given earlier in the game, I woukd say at the end of act 2, and act 3 is crazy long...
So the real release of Diablo IV was last night... I they had server issues and queues (I saw a 23 minute one fairly late at night) but nothing to the degree of the D3 server issues.
Even with a fair amount of free time and a few days off I didn't make it through the campaign... I got caught...
Been playing Diablo 4. Its pretty freaking awesome but I enjoyed the hell out of the betas. I passed on the Server tests. Knock on wood but the servers have been picture perfect. At least on PC. My biggest hangup server wise was remembering my battle.net password.
If you played any of the Castlevania games on the PlayStation (Like Sympathy of the Night) or newer than the bundle is worth it for Bloodstained alone.
I'll probably play it mostly alone too... That's pretty much my normal for Diablo. Hell, I probably played co-op the most in the original via a LAN while stuck out in the middle of the ocean.
The truth is if your not going to get to it when it releases you might as well wait for a sale...
Diablo IV Open Beta: Did the World Boss and finished off making it to level 25. Died way too many times on the boss mostly because I wasn't sure what to do with this one whirling attack that killed me every time it hit... I think I should have been at its feet and not at middle range. I was...
Bad Company was only a PS3/360 release so theirs not much the community can do.
It's a shame I would argue it was one of the best 3rd party games of that era that never made it to PC. Such funny campaign. (And still the battlefield game I spent the most time playing in MP.
There is no ability stats (Strength, Dexterity, etc.) points to sink, its done automatically. You do get points for the skill tree and after you spend enough (I think its 7) you can then chose from the next tier. Each tier has a combination of skills and passives to put points in. (the skills...
