agreed :p I live in Norcal, The scene here is really tight knit depending where you live but I feel like an outcast when I show up to an arcade because I'm still a scrub :(
its probably because he doesn't have the game installed. Anyway, I played online and realized how shitty ranked battles are. Got ranked with 3k PP players, and probably a good 2/3 of people i played were laggy as shit.
Oh boy, Im hella salty about it right now.
Its very easy to spot lag especially when your not used to LCDs with low or high response times. I LAN'd alot of Halo 2 & 3 back in the day and I played on my friends Vizio (which is shit IMO) and had a 10MS repsonse time. I was dropping headshots and 4 shots all day.
played about 3 hours of online SSF4, Won a couple of ranked matches and got completely scrubbed for a good hour 1v1 endless with a random while I was using Boxer. I realized I can't execute alot of my combos into ultra/super 100% of the time online and I'm awful when I get pressured badly. :/
This is YMMV
Asked my friend who works at the Palo Alto Fry's if they still had collector editions for Starcraft 2 and told me they had well over 30+ copies left if anyone around the bay area is still looking to get a hold of one. Again, its YMMV, I know Fry's usually overstocks on collectors...
i agree with that. I have the SE and I'm going to swap out the joystick, gate, and buttons and I looked online for how much its gonna be.
You're pretty much gonna be spending about $30+ dollars just to use different parts than the SE. Almost as much as a TE stick if you decide to buy the TE AND...
tempted to get this game if it does drop in price within a couple of weeks. Is it easy to get into? Couple of my friends tell me this is like an easy version of guilty gear (which i loved playing but still sucked at it)
Probably because US postal either lost or their workers stole the game you were returning. Had a problem like that and sent a complaint, pretty easy process to deal with. I liked gamefly but i hated the fact that they dont have a shipping depot in norcal/bay area.
