That happened to me with Time Crisis, which I picked up for 18 instead of 6. Then I went back a week later and it was 30. The guy was nice and told me to bring my receipt though and they will give it to me for 18. Although, I'm not sure if you've purchased the con or not.

When I was at the Mount Pleasant, PA Kmart a few days ago, it was still 24.99. I guess I'll get the price checked out the next time I visit my parents. Also, they had 4 copies of championship poker that was 19.99 instead of the clearance price and NBA for PSP was 21.99 or something like that...

I'm not sure about Call of Duty 2, although I am pretty sure it is, but the rest of the games are $20 at my TRU in Greensburg,PA.

Well, I don't know for sure, but the fact that he has a lot of the games from the KMART list raises some flags.
