I wanted to thank you once again for your help. I wrote Amazon an email about my issues and they offered me a 30% refund making the PS4 about 230 after tax. I am so happy right now and I am grateful that you advised me to contact them.

Does anyone have experience with Dell's Free Shipping?  It sounds like it could take 5-7 business days and I'm not sure I want to wait a week a half to get the game.

Just wanted to give a heads up that my Like New Ps4 came in today and I was somewhat disappointed.  The controller was grimy, the Ps4 looked used (no scratches, but not clean either) and some guy was still signed into it.  Not sure if it's worth talking to Amazon about (never done it before)...
