Every game I purchased was in excellent condition. Case, Art, book, and CD. They even have the XBOX 360 seal just cut. Like the way GS tries to sell you a game as new and tells you it is in excellent condition.

I have a 1410 and yes it does require USB 2.0 When you run the install disk, it will check for USB 2.0, Processor, Direct X compatable card. If any of the these don't exist it will not allow you to install the drivers and software. If running a CPU < recommeded speed, you get a warning, but...
