Confirming the dlc method worked for me.  It initially showed as $60.  I purchased all the free 360 dlc via xbox.com and then the price dropped to $30.

We're in the same boat. I'm looking for one too. They have some listed at cowboom.com, but they've rated 4 (significant scratches or scuffs) with most accessories missing.  Meh. Also, there is a sale going on at SharkStores.com (use code GETINTHEGAME to get the regular 3DS to drop to $125...

JUST saw this. I guess they're price matching Walmart.com's deal.  Jumped to Amazon this morning to see if it was still $30 so I could buy it, and was suprised to see $26.59 as the price.  No complaints here :)
