2 days ago I put in a custom order for Amazon that was $8.10. I did the support ticket thing and all that. Now, I had 9 points in my account, yesterday evening all of a sudden all of my points disappeared, when the item I bought is only 8.1 points. And then the support section became completely...

I went to "View Prize Claims" and it said my Prize Claim is still pending. So I guess I'll wait a day or so to see if it gets processed. I assumed it would be an automatic process, guess not.

Hi, how long does it usually take for Prize Rebel to e-mail you your prize? I ordered 1600 Microsoft Points about 40 minutes ago but have not received it yet.
