Tried the live chat with EA to unlock the DLC. Didn't use the universal ones (since they don't work anymore) but used one of the used ones posted. They had no problems unlocking 2 of the upgrades for me. Going to get the other 2 in a few days (let them forget about my Xbox tag). Thanks to you...
