Fwiw California does not have that requirement (at least not for private sellers). If anything, getting a new smog test done might be the most out of pocket expense you could have (and that's not required, just good business from the seller).

And yet the app shows my local store has hours. And Google does too although it says hours may differ due to holiday. I suspect the app doesn't show holiday closures properly and whatever the previous poster is picking up is something different than them being actually closed for Easter Sunday.

Apparently my local store isn't getting any copies of Xenoblade Chronicles X DE other than the pre-ordered ones. They said they'll only sell those after a 48hr window. 😆 So guess it's Target for me, assuming they get it.

I have no friends so waiting til $9.99 makes sense for me. 😆 But I do have a question, the BB that I visited today had 3 people working. 1 at the entry, and two trying to cover the entire store. The checkout line was bonkers. How does that happen? Is that the new normal for them?

Is that because of state run ABC stores?
