I still don't understand why this isn't like stickied to the top of the main page, in place of the google ad for a month, in place of the 'top 10 video game deals' widget thing or even in the banner like this:

I can't say with absolute certainty since I haven't actually purchased the thing, but I'm thinking it's a no. Like 99% certainty. Also, I think you can only bank 36 months of live so the four years wouldn't really work. :)

I haven't heard anything about it but if you go to manage your account on xbox.com there's an option for a code under the family plan upgrade so... maybe? As far as I know the only way to upgrade right now is through your console or credit card online so a code option would seem to imply that...

Awesome, Starcraft 2 pre-order is no longer eligible for %-off offers. This apparently just happened as it didn't say that on the page when I added it to my cart 15 minutes ago. :/ I'm never going to be able to use my $25 gift card and not feel bad about it.
