Josh, Do you envision any crazy deals the week of November 15th? If you count Skyrim coming out that Friday, I count 10 releases that week. There are 4 for sure I want to get that week, maybe a 5th if there is a "spend x amount of dollars, get y amount of dollars" like we had earlier this year.

I can understand how deals/web sites/etc can take a long time to fix. But getting employees to do their job(Im sure thats not your responsibility) should be a 1 week fix. The employees should be told either do their job or they are gone.
