Hey, does anyone have any recommendations on some good dvd backup software?

I just got a psp slim and the battery cover is loose on it, it kind of wiggles around and is really annoying when playing a game, is this on all psp's or should i take it back and get a replacement?

I see a lot of posts on here about people getting screen protectors for their psp's. Is the screen ridiculously delicate or something?
