It's interesting to see stores starting to stock the items from their Black Friday ads, but to have not seen the ads yet.  (On shelves that are 8-10 feet off the ground so most people can't reach them, but they're already on the sales floor rather than in the back.) I'm hoping for some amount...

Bandai just put it's typical holiday sale for it's collector's editions up on their website.    While the prices aren't amazing for the games (they're similar to digital price and more than physical sale prices in most cases), they're actually good if you want the collector's edition:  Pac-Man...

I'd guess it's some of the changes in retail at this point.  There haven't been enough quality and specific deals for it to be worthwhile yet.  Rather than deep discounts on particular items, most of the sales shown thus far have been a mediocre discount across an entire product category.  (Like...

I'd imagine they'd have to, just because if they don't beat other places on price, why would anyone bother with them? Gamestop can't afford NOT to try to push the envelope on deals as they need to get people in their doors and to their website.

With it being available digitally (and on Steam no less), I don't see Armored Core going away, and Bandai games always eventually see some amount of sales. But $35-40 this year, specifically on Amazon? Probably not unless they're matching another store.

Eh, I think we'll probably be fine with Black Friday/Cyber Monday proper, but it seems like stores aren't willing to go for the bigger price cuts and early access sales like they had in years previous. Plus, lots of the various promos seem less generous, even if they're category wide they...

Unpacking was a nice game.  Shame it was so easy to play through on Gamepass.  Doesn't look like a bad bundle, just not particularly amazing. 

Depends a lot on the mom and pop shop, as while some of them are owned by hobbyists that have no business running a business, there's some that are just the absolute best at what they do, know their markets, and even better tend to actually learn the related skills tangential to their business...

This is a videogame deals website. Comic Book Guy-alikes are doing the pump and dump on their own communities, reddit, tiktok and whatnot.

The only reason I renewed was I had enough points. I can't see myself actually paying cash to renew that next year.

I'm glad Best Buy is doing such a good job of making me want to shop at Microcenter. 

Yep. I mean, there was a pretty decent Buy 1 Get 1 sale that ran for like the entire summer, and only started to get mediocre near the end because most of the more in-demand games had sold through and weren't restocked by the end of the first few weeks.

Sigh. What this shows is we need another sale SOON.
