Chatted with staples rep online and they said my order was still processing I needed to call to confirm my payment. Called and they said all looked fine that they are working with the manufacture (ebay) to get the code and expectEd email delivery was May 5th. Just so if anyone else runs into this.

Got this a few days ago and it worked. Had code in 3 minutes. Looked like card was scanned. Debating on getting more. Anyone know if I can put multiple codes in to extend Live time? Mine expires now on Nov 2015. If I buy two more and enter now does it go to 2017?
