I just got a Panasonic Viera 42" 1080p 60hz. It's a Best Buy exclusive, and the posters on avsforums rave about it. I got it about 2 weeks ago when it went on sale ($699 at the time), and then got another $25 off because BB kinda gave me the unnecessary runaround...
