I'm an English MA student who's graduating in July; haven't had much of a forum to write in over the last two months, so I started a blog. Since I want to become a writer, it seems a smart move to get my blog out to as many people as possible--any idea how to do that? Here's the link...
Avenue Q on stage, Singin' in the Rain on film.
Also, although it isn't a musical, I'd say The 39 Steps is the best show on Broadway at the moment--especially if you're into Alfred Hitchcock and awesome humor.
I need to research the Sony model to see what its DRM control is like. It feel lame repurchasing books I already have the copyright for, but don't have a problem with it since they are in a different format. I don't like being device-locked to the Kindle, however, and that why I'd prefer to have...
I don't have them on hand, but I've read a lot of user reviews saying that the Kindle PDF conversions tend to jumble the document--especially if formatting is abnormal or there are images involved. I'm referring to the Kindle 2 and not the DX--since I'm using my mom's cash, I'd rather limit it...
I'm moving to Shanghai in a few months and can't take my books with me; this is pretty tragic considering I read like I breath. It helps me relax, I have more books than I'll ever be capable of reading in a lifetime, and I just generally enjoy the feeling of buying something I know I'll...

I'm in the market for a new MP3 player that isn't an iPod. I would normally go iPod, but they're insanely expensive and break too often. I'd like to keep it under $120, and want it to play video and hold 40+ gigs. Those are my only real requirements, but I'd also like something that's quality...
It's 2008 and I still don't have an MP3 player. I take extended trips in the car and work out in the gym, yet still don't own one. This hasn't really been a problem until the gym--it's so mindless. Could somebody point me to some good black friday MP3 player deals?
The first time I paid, it was using the debit card associated with my checking. The second time I paid, it was using the refunded paypal funds, so it was from paypal funds.
Paypal had me immediately escalate the problem to a dispute. I also emailed Ebay about it. Posted on their security forums about it too--people are speculating that his account was hijacked.
Regardless, the paypal rep said that if they haven't heard from the seller within 10 days, I should...
