I'm going to second Wii U Party. It's essentially a $10 discount on a Wii Remote Plus. From what I read, the reviews of the actual game are mediocre.

It looks like it was a pricing error. A friend of mine successfully placed an order for the PS3 version just before I posted this thread. Looks like Walmart changed the price soon after.

Console versions are on sale for $29.83 at walmart.ca and it qualifies for 97 cent shipping. PC version is still $59.83.
