Should of got $33 then

Went to gamestop and traded in madden 17 and titanfall 2 on x1 to take advantage of switch 50% bonus. App says base value is $20, $22 pur pro. So I should of received $32 in trade credit with switch bonus. Receipt shows $30. Is gamestop that bad at math or am I missing something?
