R9 270x, upgrade the ram to 8 gb and get a 500w to 650w psu (of course with the double 6 pin plugs).. Should be under 400 easily... Maybe even get an r9 280x or hd 7970 3gb and you will be good bro. Also you might can sneak in a decent size ssd too for the right price and be under $400!

Yeah. I really want to play it. I'm not to big on racing sims; but I love FORZA on the Xbox 1. Would you consider it better than Forza- if you have played it?
