if target has prey for $15 but i can't buy it online, could I buy it at in the store at the same price?

The $23 gift card is a combination of 2 $5 gift card, and a $13 gift. So I would be sending three gamestop gc codes. edit: I do prefer to keep it around $18 as greenmangaming has it for $16

anyone here from Massachusetts can confirm if the Leominister store is still open? I tried calling both numbers, but the automated voice message says neither one of them are still being used.
