I also did the same today and did not get the bonus either. The manager had to do a manual override so I think RC promo is currently busted. As others have said, I'm sure if you go back and ask, they should be able to give you the bonus

Is there an updated list of guaranteed to love it qualifying titles? I tried browsing their website, but can't seem to find any details on it and a google search only pulls titles from 2020...Did they cancel this promotion? Thanks!

Nooooo how is it that Best Buy sold out of Cold Steel 2??? Does anyone know if this happened to the first one and they got a restock? They seem to have copies of 1, but not 2. I have GCU and would prefer to get it from BB if possible...
