yeah they gave me similar problems. they were demanding a receipt I told the rep the BBY employee gave me no receipt and only the Gift Card

you can check on BB website if your local store requires a receipt or not. pretty sure the ones that don't are the ones that require the finerprint

b2g1 drove directly from GS to BBY with cases and all 2 cases 1 sleeve lady at GS couldn't find the third madden case for some reason..

took all three to one of the best buys around me had no problem at all $135 out the door gonna call BB and see whats up with the GCU can't find it anywhere to sign up and the people in store had no idea. Also the guy who took my trade specifically said that people come in all the time doing GS...
