My local Target was pretty much cleaned of its clearance titles, but I did manage to snag Battlefield 2 for ~$10.

Got Final Fantasy V and Children of Mana for $8.96. Lunar Knight rang up for $16.96. I was hoping Final Fantasy VI would be a clearance item as well, since it didn't have a price tag and it was the last one, but it rang up for ~$30.
