I can confirm this guys post. I just went to the Target in Pleasant Hill, CA and almost ALL their 3ds games (and there were stacks) are on clearance besides Resident Evil Mercenaries. Everything was either 20 or 15 dollars... They had tons of copies of everything except only 1 street fighter...
