Same thing happened to me....Skyrim said shipped on Nov 28th. Still haven't gotten it. Have gone through multiple support tickets and have been told it would be reshipped. A week ago they said they would overnight it, and still no sign of it.

I talked to another rep and they finally gave me back the $44 restocking fee for returning Guitar Hero. If anyone else is having problems I would just recommend calling again until you find someone who will credit you back. Either way, I think I might be done returning stuff to amazon if I have...

Thanks for the reply...that is exactly what I told them....and basically the guy told me that he cannot do anything about it because the gift was ordered from a corporate account or something, and he wasnt authorized to give a refund. I might try calling again to see if I have luck with another...

what exactly did you say to get the restocking fee refunded? I called and they keep giving me some BS about how it is out of their hands.
