I'm looking for the same.

Except it doesn't decode HDMI audio, it just passes the HDMI on to the TV.

DSD is more of a wish than a requirement. I've been looking at the Sony STRDG720, but wanted to know if there was anything else worth looking at around that price.

I'm looking for a new receiver for my Home Theatre setup. I want one with HDMI high resolution audio decoding, hopefully one that can do DSD as well. Trying to stay around $200, if that's possible. Anyone have any hot tips?

Unfortunately, in most cases you can't switch from an existing Sprint plan to SERO. You would have to cancel (and pay the ETF), and then sign up for a new SERO plan.

Man, I'll second this. I've had two SERO plans (one for me, one for my wife) for just over a year now, and it is fantastic. $30/mo for 500 minutes (I only use about 150), unlimited data, unlimited texts...it really just can't be beat. If Sprint would just sell this plan in their retail stores...

I did and they wouldn't, so I had them throw the scoops out, then I went back and ordered the same thing for $0.31.

I went last night and got 3 scoops of sherbet. They rung me up and asked me for $4 something. WTF? I said, "Isn't this 31 cent scoop night?" They said yes it is, but they use a smaller scoop for those, and I had to ask for it. Don't have to ask for $1 scoops on $1 scoop Tuesdays...

Clearwire is great for web browsing, but not so good for Xbox Live or any other online gaming - the latency is really high. Also, they try to lock you into a multi-year contract. I live further east than that (Clarkston) so we have a different cable provider...there are lots of them out here...

Of course, the SD1000 isn't an SLR like the Digital Rebel series...

The DS only does 802.11b. With most routers, using an 802.11b device on the network will bring the speed of the whole network down to 11mbps levels.
