Found both GT and LBP at my local store in Chesapeake, VA. 1 or 2 copies of GT were left, didn't see anymore LBP. Thnx OP for the heads up! Also, various Singstar bundles marked $15, and a bunch of PS3 game double packs for $30. Plus a bunch of assorted Wii, DS, and 360 games.

Yeah, just picked up a 360 Elite I had it one time before and had traded it, looking to pickup Gears next.

I saw but this is YMMV, but I was in the Sears here in Chesapeake, VA and found the Halo 3 Limited Edition dropped to $14.97. They had 3 left.

Thought I'd add that Unreal Tournament 3 is now only $19.99 for anyone that has been on the fence about picking it up for the PS3.
