Just got an order in at 5:44 EST. I left the queue but got it in my cart from earlier today so I had left that tab open. Refreshed the XC3 page on a whim just now and it went to go to the queue again so I refreshed the cart tab and was able to checkout from there immediately with no queue so...

I got the "escalation" as well. There's no guarantee it won't still be cancelled but might be worth hitting up walmart chat in case the escalation actually does something to prevent cancellation.
Thanks for this. Used the chat in the app and got a refund for the difference. They said they don't price match items that are out of stock per policy but could make a one time exception on this and manually refund the difference. Good luck everyone.
