I would argue that it is, given that you're actually getting two amazing games in a portable format.

MGS HD is definitely worth the purchase. If the shipping cost is bothering you, just opt for a store pick-up. Walmart has a fairly ubiquitous retail presence in the United States. Also considering that most retail stores have rid their inventory of Vita games, its not a bad price even with shipping.

Its possible that they didn't sell enough copies of the original game, so they're trying to broaden their target audience.
